Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026 · Privacy Policy
The short version: one account per person, don't share or crack xhook, payments are one-off and don't renew, downtime for client updates is added back to your subscription, and you use it at your own risk in games that may not allow it.
1. The agreement
These terms apply when you create an xhook account, buy or redeem a subscription, download the loader or use any xhook client. By doing any of that you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use xhook.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we store about you and is part of these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- One account per person. Use an email address you can read: we send password resets and receipts there, and you must confirm it before buying.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and use Sign out everywhere in your settings.
- Staff will never ask for your password.
3. Subscriptions
- A subscription lets you use one xhook client (one game) for the period you bought, or for as long as we offer that client if you bought lifetime. All Access covers every client we have released, for its period.
- Subscriptions are personal. They are tied to your account and to one PC. If you change PCs, ask support to reset it.
- Activation keys can be redeemed once. A redeemed key can't be moved to another account.
- Each download of the loader is made for your account. Downloading it again switches off your older copies.
- A subscription is permission to use the software, not ownership of it. We keep all rights to xhook.
4. What you must not do
- Share, sell, rent or give away your account, subscription, keys or loader.
- Crack, patch, decompile or reverse engineer xhook, or get around its licensing, PC lock or update checks.
- Resell xhook or offer it as part of another product without our written permission.
- Attack, overload or probe the website or its servers, or try to reach other people's data.
- Abuse support staff, or use support tickets, reviews or our Discord for spam.
5. Games, bans and your own risk
xhook is third-party software. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Valve, Steam or any other game developer or platform, and the games' own rules may forbid software like it.
- You use xhook at your own risk. We do not promise that it won't be detected, and we are not responsible for game bans, lost items, lost progress or anything a game or platform does to your account.
- Games update without warning. When a game update breaks a client, the loader may not start it until a fixed build is out. We can't guarantee how long that takes.
- Downtime is paid back in time. When a client is unavailable because we have to update it, the days it was down are added to your subscription once the fixed build is out. You don't need to ask. Lifetime subscriptions have no end date, so there is nothing to add. This covers client updates we have to make; it doesn't cover game bans or problems on your own PC.
- Features differ between games and can change, be added or be removed.
6. Beta and in-development clients
Accounts with the Beta role can get builds and clients before they are released. They are unfinished, may be less stable and are provided as they are. Don't share them. Beta access can be given or removed at any time.
7. Payments
- Prices are in euros and shown before you pay. Every purchase is a single payment. Nothing renews or charges you again automatically.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails you a receipt.
- You can also pay with PayPal or crypto by opening a support ticket from the checkout page. Staff send the payment details in that ticket and add your time once the payment has arrived. Only send money to the details staff give you in your ticket.
- If you buy more time for a subscription that is still running, the new time is added after its current end date.
- Access is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed: straight away for card payments, and when staff confirm a PayPal or crypto payment.
8. Cancelling and refunds
Subscriptions are digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. At checkout you ask us to start your access straight away and confirm that you lose this right once it starts. You can't complete a purchase without that confirmation.
- If something you paid for doesn't work, open a support ticket. We may fix it, add time, or refund you at our discretion. Time lost while we update a client is always added back (see Games, bans and your own risk).
- If we refund a payment, the subscription it paid for ends.
- Disputing a payment with your bank (a chargeback) instead of contacting us ends the subscription it paid for, and we may suspend the account.
- None of this limits rights you have under the law where you live that can't be limited by contract.
9. Updates
The loader checks for new versions when it starts and can update itself. Some updates are mandatory: the loader won't run games until it has been updated. Old versions may stop working.
10. Suspension and ending
We can suspend or close an account, and end its subscriptions and downloads, if it breaks these terms. Breaking them means no refund for the remaining time.
You can stop using xhook at any time. To have your account deleted, open a support ticket.
11. No warranty and limits on liability
xhook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. We don't promise that it will be available all the time, work with every game version or be free of bugs.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including game bans, lost accounts, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for xhook in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll say so on the website or your dashboard. Using xhook after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Contact
